Military Museum of the Azores

Housed in the Fortress of São Brás (a Renaissance military fortification) with the purpose to maintain the historically important heritage of the Portuguese Army and its presence in the Azores. Its function is to teach and encourage the taste for History. It was inaugurated in 2015.
