Pineapple Plantation Augusto Arruda
Also at the parish of Fajã de Baixo, this plantation was designed and built in early 20th century in a former orange grove by Augusto Arruda. Nowadays, it's run by the fifth generation of his descendants, who have maintained the traditional organic crop techniques. It sells pineapples and by-products.
