Fonte do Sapateiro - Ginetes

It has its starting point at the parish of Ginetes, at the Church of St. Sebastian, it covers a distance of 4 km/2.48 miles and the degree of difficulty is ranked as easy.

It offers the possibility of seeing different rural houses and animals; one of the highlights is Fonte do Sapateiro, a water source (and inspiration for the trail’s name) that used to feed the local inhabitants.

The trail ends in the Cumeeiras area (the mountain’s upper ring) and has an esteemed length of about 90 minutes; also, it’s a circular trail and can go back to the starting point.
