Grand Prix Liberty Seguros Azores

For almost a decade now, the Azorean Cyclist Association organizes the biggest road cycling event on the Azores – the Grand Prix Liberty Seguros Azores – which also passes by the Ponta Delgada council.

Among other events, the athletes repeat the stage between Ponta Delgada and Nordeste, in a total of 105 km, thus connecting the two extremities of the Green Island. From the floweriest council to the largest urban area.
